I would love to have an option for centrally managed reminders to notify parents when their dinner balance falls below a certain amount. While parents currently have the option to set up notifications themselves, not all do so or know how to. Having this feature set by default, with an option for parents to opt out, would be ideal. This could potentially reduce our administrative workload by minimizing the need for daily calls to parents to remind them about payments.

The lack of communication notifications is a big thing missing for our parents however on the plus side we now save time with some of our internal office processes and we have also successfully managed our Parent Evenings online for the first time.

Although I do feel Tucasi needs an element of updating, having used for intermittently for a number of years, the system is easy to navigate and the support offered is invaluable.

Scopay is a great product that makes life much easier for us. We could migrate everything over to our MIS but they don't offer the ease of integration that Scopay offers so I have no intention of moving anything further to them. Very happy with Scopay and the cost. I think it's great value for money!

It's a handy guide for parents but also Schools in that the 'Help' section is very easy and concise to follow and can resolve issues rather than hanging on the phone awaiting a resolution

There are a few improvements that I can see that would make things a lots easier. Firstly when you click on a cashless account, it shows the whole family group on one page. I feel that the accounts should be separate with a break in between.

It is capable of so much that it steamlines processes and feeds into other MIS reducing the need for duplication. Support is great too
