What is iAM Compliant?
iAM Compliant is here to make the lives of school leaders easier. Our Co-Founders, Luke & Andy have a background in facilities management, so they identified common problems schools were facing. They wanted to help. So, they designed and built a useful web-based compliance tool which simplifies the management and reporting of health and safety, estates, assets, statutory compliance and much more.
This remarkable tool is constantly being upgraded, with recent additions including an energy management feature and a comprehensive CPD training library with more than 300 courses on key topics to upskill your staff. And with features like a brand new Learning Management System and sustainability feature, and KCSIE-specific courses coming soon, the future is looking bright for iAM Compliant and any school or MAT who joins us for the ride.

IAMCompliant has transformed our estates management and record keeping. We recently had an internal audit of estates management and it was so easy to showcase all of our great work, simply by giving the auditor access to view the system.

It's fantastic - I no longer have to rely on my own memory of what needs doing when and get a weekly reminder of what checks need to be carried out each week. It would be even better if there were more template risk assessments to use.

Only one thing that stopped me giving 10 out of 10. Is if it could be easier to check and print, the jobs and checks that we do. So that we can use that information to right it on are books. Exsample, fire alarm testing, water testing, lighting, so on

We really like iAMCompliant, but there are some features that could be improved, e.g. the ability of all staff to generate job requests by email) without having a full iAMCompliant account. Some of the document raising / saving / generating tasks are not entirely straightforward or easy to navigate.
